All members are eligible to vote as per by-laws, however, due to the unique challenges of hosting a hybrid meeting, to protect the integrity of the voting process, we will verify a member's standing, and provide a link to vote. While the AGM is held both in-person and digitally this year, voting will be conducted digitally, so anyone attending in-person will need an internet-ready device.

If you are uncertain if you are a voting member (this mainly applies to Associate Members and Volunteers), please reach out to any Board member and we can help you out.

Please register to vote, or have your voting proxy registered, including members under 16 years of age who need to transfer the vote to their parent/guardian.
